个人简介:
陈聪,皇冠特聘副研究员,硕士生导师,入选四川省高层次青年人才项目(2023)、皇冠双百人才计划。2016年获得武汉大学微电子科学与工程学士学位,2021年获得武汉大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2017.8-2020.1于美国托莱多大学担任访问学者。目前主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省自然科学基金青年项目等。以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Nature、Science、Nat. Energy、Energy Environ. Sci.等SCI期刊上发表论文20余篇,当前研究方向为宽带隙钙钛矿及高效钙钛矿基叠层太阳能电池。
